1. Our Services

By submitting a Contribution, you grant us an unrestricted, unlimited, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable license to host, use, copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display that Contribution for any lawful purpose, commercial or otherwise. This license is sublicensable. You retain ownership of your intellectual property, but you agree that we may use your feedback or suggestions without compensation or acknowledgment.

We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services, or for any downtime, delays, or errors.

10. Governing Law

These Legal Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. By using the Services, you consent to the jurisdiction of courts located in the United States.

11. Dispute Resolution

Informal Negotiations

The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute, controversy, or claim (“Dispute”) informally through negotiations. This informal negotiation period shall last for at least 30 days after written notice. You can initiate this process by contacting us at [email protected].

Binding Arbitration

If the Dispute is not resolved through informal negotiations, it will be finally and exclusively settled by binding arbitration on an individual basis. Class actions and consolidated arbitrations are prohibited. The arbitration will be conducted in Seattle, Washington.

Exceptions to Arbitration

Disputes related to intellectual property rights, theft, piracy, privacy breaches, or claims for injunctive relief are generally not subject to informal negotiation or arbitration and may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction.

12. Corrections

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the Services at any time without prior notice (including descriptions, pricing, promotions, and availability), even after you have submitted an order.
