Please review our policy below detailing how your purchases are processed, shipped, and delivered.


I. Order Processing and Fulfillment

Business Days & Holidays

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment on business days only (Monday through Friday). Processing excludes weekends and all official U.S. Post Office holidays.

Holidays observed include, but are not limited to: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Processing Cut-Off Time

Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST (GMT-05:00, Eastern Standard Time) will be processed on the next business day.

Handling Time

Handling time is the duration required to prepare your order, which begins once payment is accepted and ends when the package is transferred to the carrier.

II. Shipping Services, Time, and Costs

We partner with trusted carriers, including USPS, DHL, EMS, and local postal services, to deliver your items.

Total Estimated Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time.

Personalized Orders

Personalized or customized items may require additional time for customization and design before the handling process begins. The exact duration depends on the complexity of the request.


III. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the contiguous United States.

We do not ship to the following locations:

  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
  • APO/FPO (military) addresses.
  • International locations.

Orders intended for P.O. boxes may take up to 40–45 days to be delivered.


IV. Order Tracking and Lost Packages

Tracking Notification

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. After 1–2 business days of processing, a second email will be sent containing a tracking link.

Tracking Delay

Please allow 3–7 days for the shipping carrier to scan your package and update the tracking information in their system. If tracking information is not immediately available, it simply means the carrier has not yet processed your parcel.

Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order has exceeded the estimated arrival date, or if a standard domestic order hasn’t arrived after 10 business days since shipping (excluding handling time), please contact our support team for assistance. Packages are considered lost in transit when they do not arrive within the maximum shipping/transit timeframes.


V. Address Accuracy Policy

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address, including the full street name, house number, and apartment or suite number, is accurate and complete during checkout.

Incorrect Addresses and Fees

LimeHoodie.com is not liable for delivery problems, losses, or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an invalid or incomplete address:

  1. It may be disposed of by our shipping partners.
  2. The customer will be responsible for additional re-shipping fees to have the item resent.

Carrier Redirection/Forwarding

We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage if the customer contacts the carrier (after the order has left our warehouse) to request the package be forwarded, redirected, or left unattended. Any redirection is done at the customer’s own risk.

To clarify the delivery process, imagine your order is a letter in a race. Handling time (1–3 days) is the time spent carefully checking the letter, sealing the envelope, and getting it ready at the start line. Transit time (7–25 days) is the race itself, relying on the postal service (the carrier) to carry it to your door. If the address label is wrong, the letter gets sent back, and you have to pay the entry fee (reshipping fee) again to restart the race.
